{"id":1041,"date":"2022-05-12T16:07:36","date_gmt":"2022-05-12T16:07:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.acrldvc.org\/news\/?p=1041"},"modified":"2022-05-12T16:22:53","modified_gmt":"2022-05-12T16:22:53","slug":"board-meeting-minutes-january-20-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.acrldvc.org\/news\/2022\/05\/12\/board-meeting-minutes-january-20-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Board Meeting Minutes &#8212; January 20, 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Attendees: Caitlin Angelone, Calida Barboza, Maisha Carey, Melissa Correll, Jess Denke, Brendan Johnson, Gregory Laynor, Adam Mizelle, Karen Sheldon, Angela Perkins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting was called to order at 9:06 AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The minutes of the October 21 and November 18 board meeting were approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>General updates and action item follow ups<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fall 2021 program recording and meeting notes have been posted to the ACRL DVC website.<\/li><li>ACRL DVC board meetings will be held on the third Thursday of the month at 10 AM Eastern Time through May 2022.<\/li><li>Student stipend application was extended to March 21, 2022.<\/li><li>The Spring Program will consist of 2-3 events over the course of the spring:&nbsp;<ul><li>April \u2013 Asynchronous presentations hosted on YouTube with a live place for discussion a la Fall 2021.<\/li><li>May \u2013 Virtual keynote aligned with guiding questions. Student stipend winners will be announced.&nbsp;<\/li><li>June \u2013 Face-to-face event in an outdoor natural setting with a social element connected to wellness work<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The nominations timeline was shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Community liaison committee held a meeting of local library organizations to discuss how to support communities, <a href=\"https:\/\/crdpala.org\/lsta\/\">PaLA funding,<\/a> and ideas for collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ACRL DVC has $2,457.84 in assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information about the third round of Pennsylvania Grants for Open and Affordable Learning (PA GOAL) will be shared with ACRL DVC listserv subscribers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting adjourned.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calida Barboza, Secretary<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Attendees: Caitlin Angelone, Calida Barboza, Maisha Carey, Melissa Correll, Jess Denke, Brendan Johnson, Gregory Laynor, Adam Mizelle, Karen Sheldon, Angela Perkins The meeting was called to order at 9:06 AM.
