Elect &#8211; Stefani Gomez (KU)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treasurer &#8211; Adam Mizelle (Widener)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Director-at-Large &#8211; Susan Tsiouris (Widener), Susan Czerny (KU)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spring Program<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><b>Program proposals:<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nancy anonymized and distributed program proposals. After review and discussion the following proposals were chosen for the program: <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Building Partnerships around Student Needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learning Alliances for Students\u2019 Academic Success<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborations with Faculty: Reaching Outside of the Classroom <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bridging Learning Communities with Scratch and Makey Makey<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was also decided that we should request presenters to include best practices or explain how what they did is generalizable to other libraries. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presenters will be contacted by March 10<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Student poster \u2013 only one person has submitted a proposal so far. If we can\u2019t get more, we will cancel the poster program. Nancy said it is ok for students to be in undergrad programs. Ellie will check with an undergrad lib student in their library. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Agenda:<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nancy shared a \u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1SuEJz0RCeyftWX3v8RcSGLe9CiSpKIC8rVbFp8y42Lw\/edit\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Google doc<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u201cProgram Description and Schedule\u201d for discussion including drafts of agenda, program title, description, etc. This is a working document.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registration to begin at 10 a.m. which allows more travel time to get to Muhlenberg. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Goal is to have keynote + 4 presentations + discussion at the end. We may provide questions\/topics for the tables.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nancy will email Board requesting feedback when Google doc is updated with Event Title, Event Description suggestions. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Marketing: <\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marketing is to begin next week. Sign up on Google doc participate in marketing. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Miscellaneous <\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><b>Legislative Day Travel Grant<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Would like to get it online next week. \u00a0Feedback by 3\/12. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comment on amount of $<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Drexel \u2013 Digital Humanities webinar<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Will not do the March webinar due to lack of available space. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">April is next date and will try to set that up. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">May \u2013 need a location<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Registration Database Renewal<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ellie reports a pricing change on registration database hosted by Wild Apricot: Was $480\/yr. , now $540\/yr.
