Mary will post to the blog.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Meeting time has been changed or the remainder of the year to the third Tuesday at 10:00a.m.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Next meeting is March 17th at 10am<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Financial Report (Adam)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>New membership fees have increased assets by $15<\/li><li>We discussed the spring program and catering estimates<ul><li>Stefani and Adam to coordinate further off line<\/li><li>We will add a registration option to join as a member with an extended membership term in addition to registering for the spring program&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Spring Program Update<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Will be April 3rd at Charles Library, Temple University<\/li><li>Eamon Tewell is our Keynote Speaker<\/li><li>9 proposals have come in so far<\/li><li>Adam and Stefani working on getting registration set up<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mentoring Program &amp; Stipend<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Not giving out a travel grant this year maybe next year<\/li><li>Jasmine emailed all former mentors 6 are still interested in participating<\/li><li>Jasmine contacted library schools in the area to solicit for mentees and had a response of 5 interested students<\/li><li>Discussion ensued about the contact form, Google Drive access etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Elections held in March<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jess working on the slate of candidates<\/li><li>Two positions open for Director-at-large and VP\/P<\/li><li>Adam and Meaghan have confirmed they will stay on the board as treasurer and secretary respectively<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We discussed the legislative liaison role how it could be changed in the future<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Legislative day does not get much interest from members<\/li><li>Perhaps this position could be focused on fundraising, increasing membership, community outreach &#8211; a more detailed discussion will occur at a later date<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Social Event Update<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Issues with the venue Elise had been working with, time tight to get out the word on the program<\/li><li>Board agreed to table a social event until after the spring program<\/li><li>New social committee member Rachel King &#8211; welcome<ul><li>Elise will work more with Rachel to plan a social event for late spring<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Transition Meeting May\/June<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Usually held in person &#8211;
