Dear DVC community,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is during this season every year that we hold elections to determine the future leadership of the DVC chapter. \u00a0As Past President, one of the final responsibilities of my term is running the elections.\u00a0 It has been my pleasure to serve you for the past three years. \u00a0I have enjoyed working with the board and committee members and value the relationships I have established through my involvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The chapter has worked hard in the last few years to increase DVC community member participation in planning conferences, events, mentoring, and resume review and through equity measures like providing free membership to students and first-year librarians. \u00a0We are now looking for individuals who are willing to lead us into the future in the roles of Secretary, Director-at-large, and VP\/President-Elect. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
