Nominating Committee – Martha, Sarah, Jessica B. and Ellie
Open positions VP, treasurer and director at large positions, ballot last time went out when PaLA ballots went out

Nancy proposes uses remaining funds for attendance at a professional conference for ACRL DVC members, they would provide a report or presentation after attendance
- Amount – ask applicants to give an idea of expenses – we can then fund entirely or partially
- Open up the application in February and then the grant is good for use during the following year
- Require ACRL DVC membership and a follow up report
- Motion to allocate $2000 for travel award – motion passes

7 proposals have been received so far. Deadline for submissions is approaching. Nancy will anonymize and provide rubric for board members to review
Board members continue to publicize the spring program
Title and description needed (Ellie will start this process and ask for feedback)
Location – Penny has confirmed speaker accommodations, menu has been selected, dollar amount so far is below budget
Program will start at 10am for registration, keynote at 10:30, chapter meeting, lunch and after lunch proposal presentations

Applying Information Literacy to Digital Humanities Projects – idea to partner with Drexel to watch together and then can promote the resume review service to students
